How many replies a day are safe on X?
First week of a new account: just read and like. Week two: a few replies a day, spaced out. After a month: 15 to 25 replies is the working range, and past 30 reach starts to drop. Never send several replies in one minute.
Can you tell if my X account is shadowbanned?
No tool can prove it from outside. X published its penalty labels in 2026 but not who carries them. Watch for your replies missing from threads when logged out. Accounts over a year old can download their own labels in Settings, under the Under the Hood page.
Do links hurt reach on X?
Posts and replies with external links reach fewer people, and links from small accounts are a spam signal. Keep links out of replies; put them in your bio and pinned post instead.
What gets new X accounts flagged?
Bursts, like many replies in a few minutes. Big jumps, like 3 times yesterday's pace. Copy-paste text across replies. Following too many accounts at once. Grow about 30 percent a week, not overnight.
