Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data from Viewfy at any time. When you delete your data, we will remove:

  • Your account information
  • Campaign data and creative assets
  • Analytics and performance history
  • Connected platform tokens and permissions
  • Chrome Extension OAuth tokens and drafts filed from the extension

How do you request deletion?

Email us from the address on your account and we confirm receipt, then remove your data within 30 days. There is no form to fill in and no fee. Three steps:

How do you delete the Chrome Extension data?

Sign out in the extension popup to revoke the refresh token and delete tokens stored in your browser. Email us to delete drafts the extension filed to your Viewfy account. See also the Privacy Policy.

How do Facebook and Instagram users revoke access?

If you connected your Meta account to Viewfy, you can also remove our access directly from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Viewfy → Remove. This will automatically trigger a data deletion request.
