Anyone know a good CRM I can run on my own box?

Yu/yourapp· 1h

depends what "my own box" means for you. if docker is fine there are 3 or 4 solid options, i build one of them. wrote a comparison of all of them, including where ours loses: yourapp.com/blog/self-hosted-crm

Viewfy earns your mentions on sites AI trusts.

pitched 3 editors this week, each with something real attached: your audit, reshaped for their readers. one said yes, and your mention went live on a well-known blog an hour ago. you approved every send before it left. nothing was bought.

Viewfy gets better every morning.

  1. Viewfy on day one, sitting and reading a book about your product
    Day 1

Viewfy learns your product, your buyers, your voice. Correct the brief once and the correction sticks.

  2. Viewfy on day seven, picking the thread worth replying to and waving off the one that is not
    Day 7

Viewfy has learned where your buyers post. Your first approved replies are live, and the first signups came from them.

  3. Viewfy on day thirty, beside a month of published pages stacked up and a rising arrow
    Day 30

A month of posts is compounding in search. Viewfy tracks who the engines name for your buying questions, and writes more of whatever moved it.

  4. Viewfy on day ninety, standing on everything learned so far and holding it up
    Day 90

Every correction, upvote, like and outcome made Viewfy sharper. A new hire starts from zero. Viewfy starts from everything learned about your customers.

See if Viewfy is for you.

What do founders ask before they start?

Viewfy starts at 7am. The first job: find live threads where your buyers are already asking for what you built, Reddit first, and draft the reply. Drafts wait in your queue and you approve, edit or skip each one. The rest of the day goes to your daily post, your SEO pull request, checks of who ChatGPT and Claude name for your buying questions, and pitches to sites AI trusts. One morning message tells you what changed.

The parts that put you in front of strangers wait for you: every thread reply and every editor pitch sits in a queue until you approve, edit or skip it, and pitches leave from your own address. The daily post publishes on its own so your morning stays quiet. If one ever embarrasses you, reply kill to that morning’s message and it comes down within the minute.

Free: 100 drafts, no card, shared between the dashboard (paste your URL and the threads are found for you) and the Viewfy Mini Chrome extension (you open a thread, the reply is drafted). Mini raises that to 100 drafts a day ($29/mo); Mini Max is 500 a day, also finds the threads for you, and can draft on-device with Gemini Nano inside your Chrome ($49/mo). Pro, the full growth agent, starts with a call. See prices.

Maybe not. Visibility dashboards disagree with each other and with your own analytics, because every answer depends on the model, the phrasing, and whether live search was on. Founders regularly report most of their traffic arriving from ChatGPT while a rank tracker swears they are invisible. So Viewfy starts from causes, not scores: can the bots ChatGPT reads with fetch your site at all, are your pages shaped like answers, do the sites engines quote mention you. Then Viewfy tracks the trend across daily runs and the visits that actually arrive.

Posts alone are half the job. A page earns traffic when engines can read it, when it answers a real buying question in its first lines, and when sites the engines trust mention it. Viewfy checks that engines can read your site first, writes pages aimed at buying questions before volume, and every draft must carry at least one fact that is only true about your product or it does not publish. Then Viewfy earns the mentions that make engines take the page seriously.

There is a hard list of what Viewfy refuses to publish. No em dashes, no delve or leverage, no recycled year-trend posts, and every draft has to contain at least one fact that is only true about your product or it gets rewritten. The banned list is public. If a post embarrasses you, reply kill to that morning’s message and it comes down. Read what Viewfy will not write.

Only for the SEO pull request. You install our GitHub App on the repos you pick, and you can revoke it any time. The blog, the AI mentions tracking, and everything else work without it.
